You develop technical and analytical skills while gaining a broad and dynamic view of several potential career paths.In our Sales & Trading program, you’ll participate in three rotations across businesses within Credit, Equities, and Global Trading Solutions. Opportunities are also available in our Credit program, where you’ll spend the entire summer learning from Credit professionals and building a robust understanding of the product.

You are part of a four-week in-house training program, developed by the Quantitative Analysis and Technology Group, followed by a six-week project assignment. You learn about the mathematics of financial derivatives. But you also get an introduction to key derivatives markets and pricing methods while receiving practical training on core models.
