So @Xfinity still won't fix my issue. Even after I reported them to the BBB. So this is now 4 days in a row they called. This time the Executive offices called. Still they can't or won't fix this issue.

20 mins of a tech doing stuff and we have wifi@Xfinity @comcast how are you billing me over 100 dollars a month since September and this is the first time I can get a tech out to ACTUALLY INSTALL my service!

They refuse to answer phones, and refuse to credit my payments for, you know, a future month when I ACTUALLY GET THE SERVICE I am paying for?Seriously, why hasn't @Xfinity been taken to court for this?How can they bill us and refuse to install service?

I should be watching spring training games right now. But @comcast @Xfinity screwed me over and will not fix their mistake. I'm now paying more for less. The sad part is they called me 4 days in a row trying me to up my package to my previous one. I'm not paying $40 more for that

So we've been paying for @comcast @Xfinity since September when we purchased the house.They have collected our money but have not installed the internet or phone.Tomorrow, for the 1st time, they are sending a tech to...hopefully install service.Such a fraud, I'm paying $$$

@MrsA2003 Nephew's been guarding our home network equipment like Fort Knox. He also informed me yesterday that Xfinity told him a while back our modem was marginal. It wouldn't be so bad if he ever did anything he says he will... 🙄

@mrljp3 @LocastOrg That’s the problem. If they paid for the retransmit rights they would have to raise rates to remain viable, and then would be no better than existing packages. You can buy a local-channels-only package from Comcast, for example, but it certainly isn’t $5/mo.

@Xfinity Fix your infrastructure, people are paying for a service thats interrupted EVERY day. Customer service is a 2 star and reliability is a 1 star yet your made huge quarterly earnings last quarter.

somewhat bad news, my internet is out again (no lightning storm this time so no clue why) which means tonights stream is questionable :/ and even worse, my follow-a-thon tomorrow is questionable :(im working to get it back up w comcast but feeling really bummed about it 😔
